3. Comprehensive Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Request: Email our support desk at support@agld.shop with your official Order Number (e.g., #AGLD1001) and explicit reason for returning.
- Receive Prepaid Label: Once approved, our team will email you a downloadable, trackable Prepaid Return Shipping Label along with specific packing instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Securely box your item, attach the printed prepaid label to the exterior, and hand the package to the designated carrier office.
4. Official Return Authorization Address

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
